Discover four exclusive garden attractions in the park of Schönbrunn Palace on a single ticket.
Maze
Reconstructed on historical principles, the Maze offers visitors a unique experience. The viewing platform at its centre discloses a view across the tall hedges, while the harmony stones set up there radiate a calming energy, a combination that appeals to body and mind alike. In the Maze itself entertainment is provided by playful activities along the way, and the Labyrinthikon playground offers fun and games for the young-at-heart of all ages.
Privy Garden
The Privy Garden along the east facade of the palace is laid out as a magnificent Baroque garden. Colourful flower beds, specimen citrus trees in tubs and the ornate architecture of the modern viewing pavilion all contribute to its atmospheric ambience.
Orangery Garden
Take a look at one of the largest Baroque orangeries in Europe, still used today to overwinter tender plants. In the summer the garden has a tropical touch, harking back to the beginnings of early modern European horticulture.
Gloriette
The panorama terrace on the roof of the Gloriette offers an incomparable view extending over the palace park to Vienna’s skyline. In the cosy café in the glazed central section visitors can sit back and admire the imposing architecture of this historic vantage point.
A stroll through the Exclusive Gardens at Schönbrunn promises a very special experience.
